10% Appointment Volume Increase Guarantee Promotion Terms and Conditions

The 10% Appointment Volume Increase Guarantee (“Guarantee”) is available to eligible invited GlossGenius customers who upgrade to the Gold plan between 9:00:00 a.m. (ET) February 26 and 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) March 5, 2026 (“Promotion Period”) and activate all required features, including Rebooking Reminders, Reserve with Google, and Automatic Waitlist (“Required Features”).

Eligibility

In order to be eligible to the Promotion, you must meet each of the following:

  • Must be an existing GlossGenius customer on a non-Gold plan;
  • Must upgrade to Gold during the Promotion Period;
  • Must activate and maintain the Required Features for the full Evaluation Period;
  • Must be invited by GlossGenius to participate in this Guarantee; and
  • Must have a minimum of 20 appointments in the Baseline Period.

Measurement

  • “Appointment Volume” means completed appointments booked through GlossGenius;
  • The “Baseline Period” is the 30 days prior to upgrade;
  • The “Evaluation Period” is the 30 days following upgrade; and
  • Customers must see at least a 10% increase in Appointment Volume comparing the Evaluation Period to the Baseline Period as measured solely by GlossGenius systems.

Guarantee

If the appointment volume increase is less than 10% during the Evaluation Period, GlossGenius will refund the difference between the customer’s prior subscription fee and the Gold subscription fee paid during the Evaluation Period (“Refund”). LIMIT ONE REFUND PER BUSINESS. Taxes and third-party fees are excluded.

Exclusions

The Guarantee does not apply if:

  • Required Features are disabled at any time during the Evaluation Period; or
  • The business experiences closures, system misuse, fraud, or extraordinary circumstances that materially affect booking activity; or
  • The business is newly created (under 45 days old).

How to Claim Refund

Requests must be submitted within 10 days of the end of the Evaluation Period by emailing support@glossgenius.com. GlossGenius determines eligibility in its sole discretion based on internal data.

General

GlossGenius may modify or cancel the Guarantee at any time, but changes do not apply to customers already participating. The Guarantee is subject to the GlossGenius Terms of Service.
