To change or cancel an order, please contact GlossGenius support as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, you will not be charged and can make changes to the order. If the order has been processed and/or fulfilled, please refer to our Returns page.
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the shipping carrier. GlossGenius cannot investigate lost packages.
