At GlossGenius, I manage our Customer Support and Platinum Support team, making sure everything runs smoothly so we can offer the best possible service to our amazing professionals.
Each day, I’m focused on keeping things efficient and making sure we’re always there for our users when they need us. I’m constantly learning from our professionals and looking for ways to improve, because their success is what drives me to get better every day.
What's Unique About GlossGenius?
One thing that really stands out to me about GlossGenius is how much everyone truly cares about our customers. Every team here makes decisions with the customer in mind, always working to provide the best possible experience. It’s not just about meeting expectations – it’s about going above and beyond to ensure our customers feel heard and supported at every step. I honestly believe that GlossGenius doesn’t just talk the talk, but walks the walk as well.
GlossGenius Is Customer Obsessed. How Does This Show Up in Your Work?
Being the manager of both our general support and Platinum support teams gives me a unique perspective on how our customers connect with us. Every day, I get to focus on making our team more efficient, personable, and better equipped to support our professionals. I love having that bird’s-eye view and being able to coach our team to continually raise the bar.
My goal is for every customer to hang up feeling like the conversation was not only easy but also genuinely helpful – like they just got off the phone with their favorite provider. I want them to feel heard, supported, and confident that they got the help they needed, every single time.
We Emphasize Moving Fast with Excellence. How Do You Accomplish This?
In my day-to-day work, moving quickly while keeping things top-notch means holding myself and my teams to high standards. When a professional has an urgent need, it’s not just about responding fast – it’s about giving them the most thorough, helpful solution we can. If something’s not working within my team, I focus on collaborating and finding a solution fast so we can keep things moving and deliver the best experience for our customers.
I also make it a priority to be available to my team whenever they need support, so they feel empowered to move quickly and provide the best service to our professionals.
What Are You Excited to Work on Right Now?
What excites me the most right now are all the awesome new features we have coming for our professionals. We're working really hard to make sure GlossGenius stands out in the field, and I'm stoked to be part of it. Honestly, just getting to come in every day and help support our professionals is what keeps me motivated. It’s super exciting to see the impact we're making!
How Have You Grown Professionally Since Joining Our Team?
Since joining the GlossGenius team, I've become more confident in my ability to manage a wide range of complex situations. I'm also really proud of helping my team members grow and move up within the company. One of the things I love most about my role is the opportunity to work closely with our VP of Customer Support to continuously improve our department – it's a level of collaboration and growth I haven’t experienced before.
