500 Free SMS Credits Promotion

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is available to eligible prospective customers of GlossGenius, Inc. (“Sponsor”) who add their subscription payment method in the GlossGenius software between November 6, 2025 and December 31, 2025 at 11:59:59pm EST (the “Promotion Period”). No purchase of GlossGenius software is required. The Promotion is limited to bona fide beauty and wellness businesses who (1) received an offer directly from GlossGenius for this Promotion; and (2) are not current GlossGenius customers (“Recipients”). Recipients must be based in the United States and be represented by an individual who is at least 18 years of age. Eligible Recipients will be able to redeem 500 free SMS credits (the “SMS credits”) in their GlossGenius account. SMS credits will be delivered automatically upon entering their subscription payment method. Once your trial period ends, you will be charged a $48 monthly fee (plus tax) or then-current monthly fee (plus tax), which will automatically renew at the then-current price (price subject to change) until you cancel through your account page. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE SMS CREDITS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT.

By accepting the Gift Card, you, on behalf of your business, employees, contractors and agents, agree that Sponsor and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, professional advisors, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, public relations firms, advertising, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and any of their respective directors, officers, members, managers, and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for any claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, fines, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the SMS credits. Sponsor will not be responsible for failure to timely use such SMS credits. Any attempt to obtain SMS credits through fraud or other unfair or illegitimate means will result in disqualification from this Promotion, at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify compliance with these terms and conditions for all Recipients, and its decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.
