Will Reception route to me when something's too complex?
Yes. When a conversation needs your input, Reception flags it and routes to you with a full transcript of what was already said.
What if my phone uses call forwarding?
Reception works with RingCentral, Spectrum, and most third-party forwarding setups. If you're unsure, the team will check for you.
